Automotive safety airbag system requires high pressure gas which is generated by the airbag inflator. When a vehicle collides in the operation, the sensor within the inflator will sense the acceleration peak signal and the acting time, or the size of colliding energy to judge if the deployment is necessary. If the colliding energy reaches permit value, the sensor will output the deployment signal or eject the firing pin, ignites the stab initiator and the enhancer unit, the latter burns and ignites generant gas unit to produce the instant high pressure gas, which discharges through the choke plate and the filter and fill the cushion to tear up the cover, the cushion deploys rapidly against human chest and head as a personal protection.
